Thanks to the persuadings of Adam and Frank I’ve converted to WordPress. Beauty of a thing. I know that MT boasts lots of plugins but WP has more, lots more. And you know what? They’re 101% easier to install and use. So here’s a list, as per Adam’s post, that gives all the plugins I’m currently using.
Akismet: This blog hasn’t been up for long enough to attract any spam yet but I’m sure it will in no time. I hope this one plugin works as good as the three or four that MT uses to fight spam. If it does, then well, wow.
flickrRSS: I wanted to display my flickr photos and this is an awesome way to do it. MT has nothing like this.
TFS Acronymit: This is one of those necessary plugins. MT has a similar plugin.
TFS Pirate: I remember last September when Adam’s blog got pirate-ified and now I can’t wait ‘till next year when mine will be too. Sweet plugin.
That’s all for now, I love plugins as long as they do their job so I’m sure that in a few months this list will have doubled. As it is I’ve only been using WP for one day. I’m interested to see the plugins that SwapBlog is using. I’d REALLY like to see the ones that guys like Photo Matt and Scobelizer are using too.
