- VBS Resource Kit:
This is the complete kit (and then some) of all the materials I presented at the Flint River Association VBS Clinic at Southside Baptist Church on April 12th 2008. Feel free to use, adapt and redistribute any of this material at will.
- Listening Skills Part 1: Student Worksheet:
This download contains two file types of the worksheet: .pdf and .odt. It’s a Bible study I prepared for a Wednesday evening Youth Group meeting.
- Church detective worksheet:
This is a fun activity for youth or children. It involves them going around to church members (on a Sunday or Wednesday) and finding out information about the church that only older church members would know. It’s a great exercise to help children and youth learn more about their church.
- Chicken que sauce & slaw:
This file contains two recipes. The first is for the best barbecue sauce I’ve ever had and the second is for some great Southern-style cole slaw. Both recipes yield 250 servings; perfect for a church-wide barbecue.
- Permission Form:
This is a generic permission form for church trip use. Note that I claim no legal responsibility either expressed or implied with any relation to this form. It’s offered free for use, I do not claim anything about it other than it is words printed on a page.
Unsleepable
Unsleepable is so named because I lost a bit of sleep in its creation. It is a stand-alone theme for WordPress and is mostly K2 with some fairly significant design tweaks here and there.
I’d like to extend a huge thank you to Adam for helping me clean up the code and squash a few bugs on this theme.
This theme relies on a graphic to be used as the title. If you want to know how to make a graphic to use with this theme see the tutorial I wrote (This tutorial is for Photoshop.) If you’re using The Gimp to create your title graphic check out the tutorial here.
